Maureen’s Journey as a Channel

Maureen never set out to become a channel. What began as a search for healing eventually opened the door to an unexpected path — one that has now spanned two decades of working with individuals and groups seeking clarity, healing, and deeper understanding of their lives.

Early Path

Maureen always felt drawn to teaching from a young age. After high school she followed that calling by obtaining her Education degree, believing she would spend her life in a classroom.

But life had other plans.

After experiencing her own health challenges, she began searching for answers beyond conventional approaches. This search eventually led her into the world of holistic healing, first for herself and then for others.

BodyTalk and the Turning Point

In the early 2000s Maureen trained as a BodyTalk practitioner, a holistic modality that opened her to new ways of understanding health, energy, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Then in 2006, during a BodyTalk session with a client, something unexpected happened.

Archangel Michael came through with a clear message for the client.

At first Maureen questioned whether she had imagined the experience. But when the client immediately recognized and validated the information, it became clear that something genuine had taken place. That moment marked the beginning of a path Maureen never anticipated.

The SAM Years

In the months that followed, Maureen initially channeled Archangel Michael and other guides connected to her clients. Soon afterward she was introduced to a collective consciousness known as SAM — Securely Attached to Mankind.

SAM worked with Maureen for more than 18 years, teaching her an integrated style of channelling where she remained fully conscious while blending her own awareness with Spirit’s guidance.

Together they helped clients uncover deeper patterns shaping their lives, including karmic dynamics, emotional wounds, and soul-level influences that can span multiple lifetimes.

A Personal Healing Journey

During these years Maureen was also walking her own healing journey.

Through therapy, energy work, and spiritual practice she faced and processed long-buried trauma, gaining a deep understanding of the courage it takes to heal and rebuild one’s life.

These experiences shaped the compassionate and grounded way she approaches her work today.

Maureen understands firsthand that real transformation requires both insight and courage, and she brings a deep respect for that process to every session.

The Evolution Of The Guides

In December 2024, after more than 18 years of teaching and collaboration, the collective consciousness known as SAM stepped back, marking the completion of a significant cycle in Maureen’s work.

During this period of transition, Maureen began connecting with and interviewing new Guides, taking time to become familiar with their individual perspectives, teachings, and energetic frequencies.

This process took the better part of two years, during which Maureen gradually brought together her own Collective of Guides whose teachings and frequencies she had come to know and trust, including spirit guides, angels, archangels, ascended masters, and extraterrestrial consciousnesses.

The Collective is not a fixed group of Guides, but an ever-evolving collaboration. As new teaching themes or energetic needs arise within the individuals and groups Maureen works with, additional Guides come forward to serve, bringing their own specialized knowledge, perspectives, and frequencies to support the work.

Rather than having one Guide lead every session, the Collective works collaboratively, sharing power, with different Guides coming forward depending on the needs of the individual or group.

Whether Maureen is offering mediumship, spiritual guidance, or a monthly Transmission, the Guides determine who is best aligned to bring forward the teachings, messages, and energetic frequencies most supportive of those receiving them.

To keep things simple as this collaboration continues to grow, the Guides have agreed to work together under one name: The Collective.

Building upon the foundational Consciousness Teachings of the Ego Costume, Soul, and Essence, the Collective continues to expand these teachings and the ways people can experience and integrate them into everyday life.

This evolution led to the creation of The Essence-Led Life, an educational platform where spiritual teachings are explored not only intellectually, but through energetic support and practical application.

The Work Today

Today, Maureen continues to work alongside the Collective, sharing consciousness teachings and offering spiritual guidance and mediumship.

Through The Essence-Led Life, Maureen and Guides help people develop greater discernment, deepen their connection to Essence, and learn to apply consciousness teachings in everyday life.

At the heart of their work is a shared purpose: to empower people to navigate life with greater clarity, sovereignty, and trust in their own inner wisdom.
