The Reluctant Channel -My First Experience

This video was recorded in 2013 and captures the story of my very first — and very unexpected — channeling experience in 2006. It marked the beginning of what would become nearly two decades of integrated channeling, spiritual guidance, and energy work.

Please note: at one point I use the word “schizophrenic.” I now recognize that this term is outdated and stigmatizing. In 2013, it was still a common phrase in pop culture, but it is not language I would use today.

At that time, I was very much “the reluctant channel,” and remained that way for the first decade of my work. I leave this video here as a marker of where I started — and of who I have become. We all continue to spiritually develop as we do the work on ourselves.
