1. Purpose & Spirit of These Terms

Welcome to Source Within. These Terms exist to create clarity, respect, and energetic safety for everyone engaging with Maureen Becker (“Maureen,” “Maureen & Guides,” “Source Within”). By using this website or participating in any private or group offering, you agree to the following guidelines and boundaries.

2. Nature of Services

All Source Within sessions, transmissions, podcasts, and materials are spiritual, educational, and inspirational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Results are interpretive, not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

3. Co-Creative Responsibility

All work with Source Within is collaborative — a partnership between your free will and the Guidance flowing through Maureen & Guides. Maureen offers perspective, frequency, and energetic support; you bring discernment, choice, and integration. By engaging, you acknowledge shared responsibility for your outcomes and agree to use all insights with self-awareness, compassion, and practical discernment as you apply them in your life.

4. Recordings & Intellectual Property

Private or group sessions may be recorded and shared with you for personal reflection.
The conversational content — your own words, experiences, and disclosures — remain your personal information.
The recording itself — Maureen’s voice, channeled guidance, and the energetic or spiritual methodology — is the property of Source Within and may not be copied, posted, or distributed.
All written, audio, and video materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Private Sessions: 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable. In genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, accident, or urgent family matter), flexibility may be offered at Maureen’s discretion.

Groups / Programs / Energy Rooms: Because energetic preparation begins before the start date, all payments become final once a cycle or event has begun. If withdrawal occurs before commencement, notice of at least 48 hours is requested in writing. Partial credits or transfers to future programs may be considered compassionately but are not guaranteed. In unforeseen, verifiable emergencies, Maureen Becker may, at her discretion, offer a partial credit toward future work. No refunds are issued for unused membership time once a program or energy room is underway.

6. Community Participation & Conduct

All Source Within groups, programs, and forums are sacred learning environments designed to foster safety, respect, and genuine growth. Members agree to communicate with kindness, humility, and discernment; to avoid language or behaviour that could be perceived as condescending, dismissive, aggressive, or draining; and to honour confidentiality regarding the experiences or personal stories of others.

If a participant’s posts or conduct are found to be disruptive, overwhelming to others, energetically taxing, or creating disharmony within the group, Source Within reserves the right to intervene. Intervention may include private discussion, gentle redirection, or public facilitation within the forum if it serves collective learning and clarity. Continued disregard for feedback may result in moderation or removal from the group at Maureen Becker’s discretion.

Important: Honest sharing and emotional vulnerability are always valued. Participants will not be censured or removed simply because others feel triggered by genuine expression offered in good faith. The intention behind words — not just their emotional charge — will always be considered with fairness, compassion, and integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and accept that energetic and emotional reactions vary. By participating in any Source Within service, you release and hold harmless Maureen Becker, Source Within, and all affiliated persons from claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising from participation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in British Columbia courts.

9. Updates to These Terms

Source Within may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always appear on this website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Shared Intention & Understanding

Source Within’s work is a collaboration between your Ego, Soul, and Essence, and the Guidance flowing through Maureen & Guides. These Terms honour clarity, boundaries, and respect so that our shared work remains safe, empowering, and in integrity for all involved.
By continuing to use this website or any Source Within service, you agree to uphold these values and terms as part of our mutual commitment to growth, respect, and divine coherence.
