Source Within collects limited personal information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, and phone number — when booking sessions, subscribing to updates, or joining group spaces.
Payments are processed externally through trusted third-party platforms (e-transfer or PayPal); Source Within does not collect or store credit-card or banking information.

• deliver and manage sessions, memberships, or group programs;
• send confirmations or relevant updates; and
• maintain lawful financial records.

Source Within may use trusted third-party service providers to process payments, host online content, or facilitate communication. Only the minimum data necessary to perform these tasks is shared, and all providers are expected to maintain industry-standard security.

Session recordings are delivered to clients via secure third-party platforms such as Dropbox. Dropbox is used only as a delivery mechanism — access is restricted, links are time-limited, and clients are responsible for storing their copies safely once downloaded.

4. Data Protection & Confidentiality

All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Client information shared in sessions or forums remains confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm or legal obligation).

5. Forum & Community Privacy

Participation in any private forum or group is voluntary and at your own discretion. While every effort is made to maintain a private and respectful environment, absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed.
Group forums are password-protected and not visible to the public; each member is responsible for maintaining the privacy of their own login credentials.
Members agree to honour the confidentiality of others. Any breach may result in removal from the group.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting maureen@sourcewithin.com.
Unsubscribe links are provided in all group or newsletter communications.
